By accessing or using PMO BOT software, dashboards, educational content, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
PMO BOT is a proprietary trading education and operator dashboard platform. The Service includes:
PMO BOT does NOT execute trades on your behalf, manage funds, or provide personalized investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Access to paid tiers of PMO BOT requires a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time charges due at the time of subscription initiation. All fees are listed in USD. Prices may change with notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting PMO BOT support or using the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. PMO BOT does not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time. Refund requests for technical service failures must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All PMO BOT software, dashboards, educational materials, score models, Pine Script code, and related content are the exclusive intellectual property of Picasso Moes, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from any PMO BOT content without express written permission.

Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security, option, or other financial instrument. Past performance displayed within the platform does not guarantee future results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PMO BOT, PICASSO MOES LLC, AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PMO BOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
PMO BOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
PMO BOT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.
